For some reason I can't get New Vegas to stay stable. About 50% of the time, my game freezes on the intro slides. Here are my mods for anyone that cares:

A Better new main menu.

If anyone sees anything out of the ordinary (conflicts) go ahead and tell me. Anyway,

I'd like to know if there is any kind of ultimate killswitch for the game. The reason for this is that, when the game freezes and I cntrl-alt-del into Task Manager, one of 3 things happens:

1. The task manager comes up and I'm able to end the task.
2. The task manager comes up and New Vegas is black in the background, but TM is in the background and I can't bring it in front of NV.
3. My mouse is gone and all I can do is use the keyboard to restart with the Start Menu.

When 2 and 3 happen, all I can do is click restart from the start menu and click cancel when it shows the programs that are holding it up. This crashes all of my Chrome tabs and closes Nexus Mod Manager, which is an inconvenience. Alt+F4 obviously doesn't work. So is there any kind of ultimate kill switch that will end the current program automatically, every time? This is getting annoying.
