I've not seen this before: I picked up the Lawbringer perk a couple levels ago, and finally made my way to the HQ. When I arrived, the interactive cursor on the door was red, as if entering was illegal. Same thing for every last scrap of junk inside: everything has the red cursor, taking a tin can from the floor drops Karma. This is before and after officially joining.

I've played this before, and know you can pick up the garbage around the place, so you don't have to get scolded every time you step on a tin can.

Any idea how to set the location and its contents back to a happier green color?
