I'm working the House Always Wins II quest. I'm supposed to take the platinum chip and use it to access the secret underground bunker. I get to the bunker and there's a console with a "round slot the size of a poker chip" in it. The only option I have is to Leave The Console Alone. I was told I had the chip at one time, I thought? How'd I get this quest without it? What am I doing wrong?
