I think the quest: ''No, Not much'', is broken.
After the camps agreed to give: Bitter springs support then i collected the supplies from the caves and after i collected the supplies the quest marker was gone.
So then i thought that maybe if i just look for: Captain Gilles (the one i have should deliver the supplies to), by myself then the quest maybe can be finished.
But where is she? She wasn't at: Bitter springs, tried to found her but no.
