I've researched this issue on the forums and online, so I'm pretty certain that I'm safe, but just wanted to confirm before I commit my character. I have the Shoot em in the Head quest active, and I've collected all the keys. I plan to go to Fort Constantine with them myself, but haven't gotten to it yet. In the meantime, I went to Operation Anchorage. Completing that quest and taking the Winterized Power Armor causes the Shoot em in the Head quest to complete, this has been documented. My question is whether I can still go to Fort Constantine myself and get all the loot that's there.

My understanding is that the answer is yes, but I just wanted to confirm, because if there's any doubt, then I should just leave the Winterized Power Armor undisturbed so that I can properly complete the shoot em in the head quest.

yes, i have had no problems delaying that quest and got the goodies. but if you get that power suit from OA, shoot him in the head quest will end. but you will get some experience points. the game gets those two power suits mixed up.
