Some things that are unclear

Ok, so I've been on this for months and I've read almost everything here, but after watching a video today I got a bit confused.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bfxswk819rQ
This is the video I'll be referring to.

Around 1:05 he starts customizing his gun. In Brink when picking different attachments, they're supposed to be a kind of sacrifice effect to it. (Ex. Increase stability, decrease equip speed or increase damage, decrease accuracy.) So after seeing his equip speed drop to half after equipping a front grip, you don't see any stats at all change after he equips a huge cumbersome drum mag to his SMG. So basically is everyone gonna be running around with drum mags, since it doubles your clip size and doesn't have any negative effects?

Does anyone know how much ammo you would give out to your teammates or yourself as a soldier?

Also, around 3:29 in the video. He switches his class to Soldier from operative and loses a bit of health. Anyone know why?

When he gets into the combat there's incapacitated enemies just lying around not being shot at or anything. Does anyone know if you actually get XP for killing incapacitated enemies or are you just better off leaving them there?

And does anyone know how long different classes can sprint for?

Thanks to anyone willing to help out!

Also around the beginning when he's customizing his character, hopefully they fixed that up a bit because it takes forever for him to preview what he selected!

There will be a sacrifice to everything. I imagine the drum magazine will lower stability/accuracy, they just didn't implement the negative at that point, no worries.

You'd be able to give out ammo as long as you had energy to do so and had the ability equipped as a soldier.

I'd imagine incapacited enemies could be killed for some xp, but they take a lot of ammo when they're incapped, so the shooter has to weigh his options of using up ammo and sending the incapped player to respawn immediately, or risk them being revived by a medic.

I imagine he had a soldier-specific ability that increased his health. Switching to operative, he lost that ability, losing health.

And all classes/body types can sprint indefinitely. Lighter types sprint faster though. Glad I could help. These are all very good questions too, not the same 5 I've heard over and over. If you have any more questions, feel free to post them up.

Thanks for clearing most of that up!

So each body type can sprint forever, the body type just matters for the speed that you sprint at?

Also, I guess you misread my question, but do you know the amount of ammo a soldier would give out?

Thanks :)

Soldiers haven't been specifically mentioned as far as I know, but medpacks from medics heal 100% to avoid having to hand out more than one to each person. I imagine soldiers and ammo would be 100% as well, for the same reason.

The more attachments you add to your gun, the longer your equip time becomes, so really tricked out guns will take longer to switch to.

Yes. There are no sprint meters, so players can run until the cows come home - and them run some more. Lights are the fastest, Heavies are the slowest.

I would assume he would fill up anyone he gives ammo to. Since medkits heal for 100%, it makes sense.

Yeah that sounds fair. It just seems a bit crazy because the max ammo for an SMG is around 200, and I can only imagine how much ammo heavies will have for a mini-gun :P

But it's balanced by the fact that it takes "about half a clip" to kill a medium...if they aren't dodging.

The different amount of XP people get for handing out ammo supports this argument as well. They restore your ammo to 100%, but depending on how much they actually give you that way, their XP-reward is calculated.
