Having some knowledge of arena yet having never played it, what happened to the Staff of Chaos after the events of the game? In the lore it seems to be a very powerful and important artifact, but is never really mentioned again. Does anyone have any ideas on what happened to it?

It's in the white gold tower and probably still is.
