i'm NOT using the game of the year or any patches or upgrades or mods - just the regular old CD!

I've been playing for nearly a month now, and have been using the ALT+TAB w/ wordpad open to be able to survive these "Loading Exterior.." or "Loading Interior..." issues when I usually get them, but on my last save, I saved inside of my loot house and now I can't get out!

I get the "Loading exterior...." when trying to exit either of the doors in the house, however the usual ALT+TAB Trick no longer is working, it isn't ever progressing to where I can alt+tab out of it. It only stays stuck and when i alt+tab out of it, it says "NOT RESPONDING" and I can't get back to it.

I've tried to 'wait it out' and then alt+tab, but that's not getting me anywhere either....any suggestions? much appreciated!!!!

I'm on windows 7.
