I think it is about time for a sports related thread. Why? Because I think it could be damn interesting to exchange some experiences internationally.
I also know quiete alot of c2 players which are working out in the gym (pumpin iron n stuff), so we could share some tips and tricks.
So how are you guys keeping yourselves fit?
I will start:
sports I did so far
soccer (german of course...), athletic sports, "bodybuilding", powerlifting, jiu-jitsu
stats
deadlifts 3x180kg
benchpress 3x120kg
incline bench 8x100kg (rack)
incline bench press dumbbells 8x50kg
shoulder press dumbbell 8x45kg
squats 8x130kg (have to step up there...)
goals
moving from pretty old school lifter to more agile athlete. One of my goals will be to be more ripped and move on to some mma
