I've started the Rebuild Kvatch mod but the characters I have to talk to don't speak. Their lips don't move and there is no audible speech. I can read their conversation in subtitles, but I can't answer unless I do ESC-RETURN after each person speaks.
Another problem I had was trying to get Arnand to respond to me when I return to see the count. I don't know if you have to return right on the dot of the time he specified the next day; I may have been a day or two late. I took him the "supplies" on Evening Star 29 and returned on the 1st of the following month. How long is a month?
I don't know if there is a bug, if I installed it incorrectly or what. Any suggestions?
