I'd guess its going to be about a year until release, and I have one wish:

Hire 6 writers of different backgrounds and experience to make several quest chains of different lengths based on parts of lore you originally wanted to do but didn't have time to and are too small and disparate for a dlc.

This could be people at the level of the Obsidian guys and Dan Harmon or interns and RPers from the boards.

Take the resulting quests whole or mish mash them together and the game is richer.
