My mouse (Cyborg R.A.T. 7 Contagion) has spasms regularly..
Sometimes it will only let me move on the x-axis and sometimes only on the y-axis
I have to literally abuse my mouse to get it working again and I know that's not the best thing to do.
Cyborg have had problems with their mouses because of their ineffective dual-laser sensor but can't return it 'cuz I've had it for 3months or so...

Well, sounds like you need a new mouse. I need a new one as well, the scroll button has worn out, I have a DPI button which I need to press so hard(near breaking) in order for it to register the push...And the right mouse button is also worn out, I don't get proper feedback.
