MLA

As most of us know, in Fallout Tactics you are a member of the Midwestern Brotherhood of Steel. They are far different from any other branch and could be considered a different faction all together. The Barnaky ending seems to be the most popular choice. In it, we support General Barnaky as the new Calculator. This guy HATES mutants. Death camps and gulags were always a part of the MW BoS, but now they are being filled to the brim with hundreds of mutants and their sympathizers. Inevitably, there is a group that unites to fight this oppressive force. These guys call themselves the Mutant Liberation Army (MLA). Sadly for them, the ending slides confirm that after many years of war, they are destined to lose to the might of Barnaky and his armies. My question is: how long does this take? Has it happened yet? Assuming that the Barnaky ending is canon for Tactics, what is the likelyhood that the MLA would still be around by 2281? If they are, how strong do you think they are?

I know this is all hypothetical, as we don't know the real canon ending yet.
