I was just looking at it and trying to find out what it was supposed to represent. I think it might be a bear/wearbear symbol or something. With the beast stone in Dragonborn giving you the power to summon a wearbear, I wonder if the bear/beast is Tsun's totem...

Does anyone have any opinions on this?

Tsun's totem is the Whale.
