Fallout 3 has been crashing at exactly the same place no matter what I do, I've done the quadcore fix, the k-lite codec pack, running it in compatibility mode, even tried it on a install of XP I've got on another hard drive. Basically, Fallout 3 crashed whenever I enter the atrium, I've killed both guards, and spoken to everyone I could, along with looking for everything.At times it allows me to move a few steps, it even allowed me to reach the two people standing there once. It's even given me a BSOD once. I've got the latest drivers, and updates.

K-Lite basic.

It's the Steam version.
