What happens to primm?

Sorry for all the noobish posts (lol) but does Primm ever get restored or does it just get guarded by the NCR for the rest of the game and nothing happens to it? It would be pretty cool to be a citizen of a city or somethin and have my own house and store some items and weapons.

Nothing really happens to it during the game but you can reopen the casino and the casino will be filled with people but thats about it.

You can make one of two things happen to Primm. Like you, I let NCR take over. I regretted it slightly. Next time I'll go the other way.
