Dynamically Disabling Persuasion

I'd like to be able to dynamically disable the persuasion mini game based upon the class specialization of the player. Oblivion Script Extender has a command to do this, SetNoPersuasion. My question is how I should go about applying SetNoPersuasion to characters without having to directly set it for each character in the game.
