I used to have no problems with this, but now the mouse wheel is practically not functional in menus such as the inventory, quest list, etc. I'll roll the mouse wheel and have to hope the list actually moves, and it does occasionally but not often enough to be usable. Most of the time it seems the wheel does absolutely nothing and that's making even modded interfaces like Darnified unusable. Anyone have any idea what's going on here? It worked fine last time I played.
