Hey guys, so, I was mulling over the idea of starting an Arcane University RP. The premise is stated above. Basically, our characters are members of the mage's guild. The Arch Mage position is open, and there is a power struggle among the higher ups for the seat. Of course, our characters don't have to be involved in this struggle. We could be students, professors, guards, whoever. But the bulk of the RP would be set in the University itself. Of course, there would be combat and action, in parts, perhaps maybe even relationships developing, but the focus would be more on the tug of war for the seat among the higher ups who want it. The various contenders would have different reasons for wanting the power, and different agendas, so naturally, we could align our characters with others who believe/want the same. You could be the character who wants the power, that characters lackey/helper/advocate, or someone completely oblivious to it all. Or even perhaps one who spies for one of the contenders on an another for information. I think it could be fun. Anyone interested? Any suggestions?
P.S: The idea for this actually came to me from one of the threads over on the Oblivion section. And as you may have noticed, the title was inspired by Game of Thrones.
