Now I was recently going through my old fonv saves and I went to my save where i am at Robert House's LS chamber and I haven't engaged it at this point, so I went back up the lift to the penthouse to talk to Mr House and his picture was still there so theoretically there was still a signal but I was try to instigate a conversation but nothing would happen not a single word.

So does breaking into the room containing him in his chamber render him useless?
And does he just sit there with no ability to communicate to securitrons or have any functionality in general?
And is it written in the lore that this would happen if you go into his hidden room without activating his chamber?
