I don't see how that quote can possibly mean they are more Padomaic than Anuic. The whole point of the quotes in the Mysterium is to show the distinction between Anu and Padomay: Anuic=Aedric=Talos, Padomaic=Daedric=Daedra prince.
Tinder: dry wood or other easily combustible material. In this case, basically fallen pieces.
Anu: The primordial force of stasis.
Padomay: Primordial force of change
Aetherius: Change made solid. The realm that is more attuned to Anu. Bits of this realm sometimes fall into mundus. These bits are also sometimes called "creatia."
Oblivion: Echo of the void. The realm that is more attuned to Padomay.
Lorkhan is
literally the son of Padomay. I gave you a few quotes earlier in the thread and I'm sure you can find more on your own if you care to. So he is definitely padomaic. Also, being the god that upset the cosmic balance of the universe and created Nirn, he is obviously a bringer of
CHANGE. But, since he participated in creation, he is an Aedra (ancestor.)
Talos mantled Lorkhan. Lorkhan is padomaic. So Talos is padomaic. Also, Talos was obviously a bringer of
CHANGE. He upset the balance of Nirn. He upset the balance of the heavens. But he was also part of an enantiomorph. This means he's both sides of the coin. So ya, he's got some anuic too. Because once he brought change and chaos, he followed it up by establishing
ORDER (stasis.)
I just think you're reading way to much into that quote.
