How do you move the camera angle in 3rd person to see the front of your character? I see such cool screenshots on here, but I can't figure out how to rotate around my character.

Press R, then left mouse, keep R pressed.

You can also use the Middle Mouse button, exactly the same way. Most screenshots, though, are taken with the help of "tfc" (Toggle Free Camera), which allows you to move the camera without restriction, keeping your character in the same place.
