while i checked i see that on multiplayer we will have 8 new maps and at seven wounders they say 7 with the of the dome part so for sure will be more then 7 maps

Nah, there are "only" 7 levels. There are 12 MP maps.

MP has 12 maps at release. And it doesn't become the reason why SP has more maps.
SP is 7 maps. MP is 12 maps. This isn't unnatural.

MP will probably have at least one rehashed version of each Single-player Wonder (so that's 7 SP rehashes). Either it'll have a couple rehashes of some of the biggest maps (one per "section") or it'll have a few 100% exclusive ones.

or 12 maps are all rehashed.

For example, Map A has 3 different area (Area B, Area C, Area D).
MP can use them as different map.
