I've encountered a weird little glitch, and not sure if it's based on load order or something else. I have a character who is a member of the Imperial Legion, and just got the quest from what's-her-name at Fort Buckmoth to find evidence that Drinar Varyon is smuggling Dwemer artifacts. I know that I haven't completed any other quests that would affect that (based on what I've already found online), but the new resident is already in what is normally Drinar's house. I'm a bit stuck, as it seems I can't progress any further. Any hints?

Edit: After doing a bit more digging, I found the answer, so please disregard the above. It was a case of an incorrect load order, and the problem is fixed.
