I'm stuck in a rut

So i put Fallout:New Vegas into my xbox for the the first time in months, and made a new character.
As i was making my character i realized something.
I always make the exact same character.
Well maybe not the exact same character when it comes to apearance, but stats and skills and whose side im on is always the same.
I almost always make a female charisma speech and barter character who supports house.
I always give them one of the pre war hair styles and wear vera's dress or the white glove society dress.
So anyway, I want to play the game as something differant this time.
Can someone give me suggestions as what would be fun, because i always depended on speach to do every quest i have, so i'm not sure how to do things any other way.

Well either way, I believe that speech is VITAL, so I'd keep that if I were you. You might try going darker and unleashing your inner raider or fiend. I was stuck in the same rut to tell you the truth. Always high intellect, always high charisma, ect. I know how you feel. I'll tell you though, it's very liberating to do/be something totally different. Do the opposite of what you think you normally do, and then just do it. It's much more enthralling when you're exploring new character territory.
