During the "Head of state" side quest. Hannibal says that you will not be allowed to leave the building without swearing that you won't tell the Slavers about them. I was a little confused because there were many windows you could of jumped out from.

Was this some sort of glitch; that the openings were supposed to be boarded up but somehow wasn't when the game was released?

My question is: Why is it so hard for the user to add their own music to the game? There's no copyright harm to come to the game publisher if they slip a user track station into the game somehow. The user supplies their own music for said station, after all.

awsome point.... i like this one.... that would be cool to be able to put your own songs on your pip boy,,
