Morrowind Code Patch problem

Post » Sat Jan 26, 2013 9:05 pm

So, I install the Steam version, then I install the Russian language pack and then I attempt to install the Morrowind Code Patch and I can't because somebody decided that it SHOULD support Russian version... but only the STUPID version of the .exe that has a STUPID AS HELL DRM on it. Where can I find either a NoCD-patch for Russian version so I could patch it with MCP, then noCD it or any of MCP creators so I'd ask him to support the normal version of the .exe instead of the one with DRM.

I didn't think the Steam version has DRM.

EIther way, no-CD cracks are not permitted for discussion on these forums.

Steam version doesn't, but the Russian language pack comes with its own .exe, a modified version of .exe from official Russian version. Modified version doesn't have the DRM. The original - the one that MCP supports - does.

Then again, it's not like I'm pirating the game. I have a Steam version. And the Russian version (although I'm thinking of selling the latter).
