Wasteland Hunter Theme: A theme for the Hunter types who like to kill Wasteland critters for their meat to either eat or sell, You get a counter in the center of the room with a cutting board, butcher knife, rolling pen, box of flour, and a hunting rifle. Plus a dead molerat on the counter that never respawns like the one in Springvale Elementary. You also get a few stools around it to sit on. In front of both entrances you get a molerat skin rug on the ground, on the wall above the bed you get a Brahmin Head Trophy mounted on the wall, and on the wardrobe closet you get a brahmin skull. There's an opened grill in the corner by the My First Infirmary with iguana on a stick and squirl on a stick laying side-by-side as if being cooked, and on the shelf you get every kind of meat like brahmin steak, dog meat, yao guai meat, molerat meat, and mirelurk meat. You also get stacks of tin plates, cutting boards, butcher knives, boilers and frying pans, and some beer bottles.
Point Lookout Theme: A theme designed to bring that rural charm of Point Lookout to your house. In the center of the house you'll get a very small pool of water dug in the floor decorated with swampy plants and a tiny half-sunk boat. The water is foggy and fills up the whole room. You get a cabinet near the desk that opens and shuts and can be used to place items. A potted Punga Fruit plant grows by the Nuka Cola Vending Machine, but like all the plants once you pick the punga it doesn't grow back. In fact for the Megaton House you could have the Wild Punga, and for Tenpenny Tower you could have Refined Punga. There is a Ruzko Poster on the wall as well as a large bouncy red ball next to it, and a weird Swamp Folk totum behind the bed with skeletons and dolls hanging. On the shellf you'll have yeast bags (but shrunken down to fit), moonshine, wild and refined punga fruit, confederate caps, and an axe and double barrel shotgun.
