So I'm trying to do some of the powder ganger quests but I can't improve my reputation enough to get through the door w/o being shot. I did the "booted" quest and I got the escaped convicts to join the khans in "why cant we be friends", but I'm still an enemy to any of the powder gangers with names. right now powder ganger locations say "neutral". is there any other quest I can do to improve my status with them? if not I'm just gonna wipe them out...
