I unlocked the Whirlwind Cloak last night and I got a good read from http://uesp.net/wiki/Dragonborn:Wind_and_Sand_(book). it makes sense that the Reguards that practice are really proficient in magic given the scarcity of resources in the Alik'r. Are there any other in depth books on Redguard Magic specifically? I've read some interesting stuff on snake cultists from the PGE. This also makes me even more excited on the prospect of a game set in Hammerfell.
