SO i am a full resident of canada (i live in quebec actually) and i want to preorder drysis 3 but the problem s that once i have filled out my name and adress and checked "paypal" and evrything else on the checkout out page, a litle dialog apears each time i click on "checkout"

I AM OVER 18 YEARS OLD (im actually 24)

yeah and i just realized i cant download the beta too for the EXACT same reasons.....
