Thoughts on my Spellsword build : IV

So I was thinking about making a Spellsword. But not any old Spellsword. He's only going to use defensive and buffing spells. His major skills are:

Block
Heavy Armor
Blade
Alteration
Restoration
Illusion
Mysticism

Thought's and/or suggestions on this character?
