Met up with M'aiq the Liar and one of this dialogs was, "I have seen dragons. Perhaps you will see a dragon. I won't say where I saw one. Perhaps I did not." Was this a hint about Skyrim?

It was either a hint for Skyrim, or (more likely) a shot at fans of the series clamouring for dragons after Morrowind.

Possibly, or it could just be M'aiq being M'aiq. (a.k.a. the developers toying with the fan base)
