Anvil Oblivion Gate HELP! : IV

Ok, I have been wandering around the center and exploring the caves for more than two hours and I cant make my way to the center tower. I have looked around the internet and have not gotten any luck. Hopefully someone on here knows what to do and can help me. If possible send me a video of how to get up there to ibdemonhunter@charter.net Thanks!!! :/
