Mages -> Gather ingredients
Telvanni -> Gather ingredients,
Imperial Cult -> Gather alms for the poors and ingredients for healing potions
Morag Tong -> assassinate Npcs
Thieves Guild -> Steal from Npcs
Temple -> Ordinators may arrest heretics
Temple -> priests?

Hlaalu?
Redoran?

I have never found anything for these two factions, the guards of the great houses may follow you and arrest npc if in the faction's towns, but what should the other members do for you?
