Still installing my new modded Morrowind set-up and I've run into another issue. I'm looking to use LCV (Living Cities) and I can find the download link on PES, I'm wondering though it that is the latest version.

If it is are there any updates that remove any possible bugs I've read about, such as NPCS disappearing and can anything be done about the conflicts with LGNPCS?
