Nice find, but not too much new info. One thing i did notice was this.
"Hamm: It knows what the enemy is doing, too. And with all of that, the game suggests the best thing you can do right now to help your team."

Depending on what he means, then even experienced players have at least some incentive to look at the objective wheel, it might give some clues at what the enemy is doing. He might just be talking about basic things like "the enemy has planted the bomb", which will probably be said by the commander anyway, though.

Whenever I read an interview and it mentions SMART and explains what it stands for, I always think of the Richard Ham interview where he said that SMART was completely made up by Beth's marketing department. "We will call it 'Smart'" and then they proceeded to make it into an acronym.

Important things will always be announced by the commander. Every fixed objective should be called out.
He'll probably shout other things as well. Let's say a soldier has to blow something up, but there aren't any soldiers, then he should shout: "We need more soldiers" (Just an example)

I know that much, I'm just curious how much of the enemies actions are considered in the objective wheel.

I guess also lesser things like the capture of a command-post will be. The game will then offer you a mission to steal the command-post from the enemy.
