All i remember is the person who runs it had/has a character i think named sir moto. And he/she was working on a imperial knight mod faction mod for morrowind. The website had a book with this persons character on the front of it and you click on the book to enter the website. The website also has a helpful spells section along with screenshots of different things such as the characters gear. That is the best way i can describe the website.

The morrowind travel guide. But it is not still up. I remembered what it was before i went to sleep.

It seems that all of the sites that used to be hosted at PES (so far Adventurer's Guide, Morrowind Workshop and now this are the ones I've found) are no longer there.
