Okay I dont know what I did but whenever I launch oblivion and go to launch my save game they arent there. I went to my my games oblivion folder and they were in their correct spots. If I accidentally rage deleted them from the ingame loader way back long ago is there anyway to get them back into there?

Sounds like you are on a PC? They should be in; my documents/games/oblivion/saves/
I never deleted saves from in game, but it would be odd if it was different, so they should be in your trash can. If you have emptied your trash can you will need some recovery tools. As long as the files are not overwritten, they are still on your hard drive and are easy to fix.

Makes sens/helps?

If you say that your saves were in the correct spot in your folder, then you didn't delete them, but Oblivion isn't reading them for some reason. Start a new game, save it in a new save, and then quit Oblivion. Turn it back on and see if you can load that save. What happens there should give you a clue as to what the problem is.
