So... I'm doing a bunch of delivery quests in Wayrest (in Arena, by the way) so that I can earn some money. Most I manage just fine, but on my last one I was told to take something to the city-state's Armament. I have no idea what to ask the NPCs. Doesn't seem like it's either an inn, store or temple. Can anyone help?
