Are there any mods that people can recommend or would it be difficult to make something that allows for planting of the source plants for alchemy ingredients in a similar vein to Complete Gardening; http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/3852? ?

It'd be a lot of work, but I think it'd be doable.
