I like to have my own house in the game, and I installed a mod that allows placement of furniture, and I was hoping to do what that wizard did with the fort(the one who made the villiage near it invisble)

Is there any mod that allows the player to claim an area as theirs and stop respawning after you kill all enemies in the cell? Is it possible?
