I contacted EA support first and they redirected me to this forum. My problem is that my rank is locked at level 8 and every time I play and I level up to 9 and quit the game afterwards, next time I start the game I'm level 8 again. If it would be easier to reset my account to level 1 I'm okay with that as well, so please do whatever you can!

Make sure you are playing on ranked servers and exit a match when you are in the lobby, otherwise it won't keep the XP you have earned throughout a specific match.
