I am talking about perkss that you woulld use if you can get them for free. Not ones that you never would use.

In FO3 I used The Mysterious Stranger a few times. But I never used it in FNV. Fortune Finder, is one that I haven/t used in either game. Not that I don't like having more caps. But there are just perks that I like better.
