We ate it to become it.

I've been thinking, and.... The Akaviri humans were eaten by the Tsaesci. The Dragons, too, were partially devoured.

Is this like, literal? Like... After eating men, the Tsaesci took on more human shapes? Maybe took on a fully human shape?

I'm a bit confused about timelines here, so forgive me, but I know they had no legs at the end of 1E. So... Did they eat the men before, or after? Assuming it is to be taken literally, this could give us some clues as to how they were able to mate with Cyrodillic nobles

Also, the Tsaesci are serpents, yes? With no legs? How the heck did they have cavalry?

I'm sorry if I'm being stupid. All the sources on Akavir are super duper vague.
