Oblivion bug problem, help needed

Hello I started playing Oblivion again while ago on pc. Yesterday I found out that my character is glitched. I can fix it by loading some older save, but I'll lost about 30 hours of gameplay doing so. So that is not an option. Let me explain the glitch.

I killed a guy in arena and got the blessing from the arena basin. This is when I found that my character is glitched.
My health was 1287/287. I tried healing myself, but it stayed that way. I hurted myself so my health would be the normal 287/287.
Everything looks ok now, but when I heal myself my health goes over the limit (like 295/287, up to 1287). If I beat myself near death and wait for an hour, my health goes to 287/287, then again healing ruins it. If I wait when my health is like 600, it stays there even after waiting.
This makes no sense. I can heal myself 1000 points over the limit. I haven't activated any mods in days and I'm sure I got glitched hour or two before my save.

Things i've tried:

Manually setting my health to normal and zero.
Manually setting my endurance to 100 and zero (if my max health was 350 I could heal up to 1350)
Unequipping all the items and throwing them all over the floor.
Running around the streets buttnaked and punching guard in the face.
Removing all active spell effects.
Resurrecting myself (after this my health went 1287/1287)
Leveling up
Leveling down
Killing myself.
Disabling all mods.
Waiting for a week.
Opening racemenu and and changing my race to orc.
Disabling myself (only crashed the game)
Trying loading backup autosave

Like I said 30 hours older save doesn't have this problem so something is wrong with the save. Someone might like having so much health, but it feels like cheating.

If you have ANY ideas please help.
