Well I just reached the end of I fought the Law when the NCR attack the prison and everytime I leave them alone to battle it out upon my return all the NCR troops have killed the powder gangers and they spawn in the admin where they gang up Eddie and kill him.

Anyways my question is is there anyway to even up the fight or at least get the NCR troops to disappear? I don't want to kill them myself because that would get me a negative reputation with the NCR.
