Today i found out something amazing. There isnt a major town that holds the chapel of kynareth. Also, kvatch is not counted actually as one of the 9 major cities. But....

I m surprised i didnt know this and i played oblivion for 3 years with mods!
Apparently bethesda scrapped out this city at the last minute. The city of Sutch is a major city. hell it even has its own counts and county. If you search up google, bethesda originally already have the landmass ready as well as it being in the game during the demo(i think).

Isn't Sutch a city in Hammerfell, though?

yea thats what i thought too. But the evidence is clearly shown in oblivion. In the fighters guild quest, there is a 'Meet someone in Sutch' thingy.
I think that Sutch, since it has hammerfell influence, probably got annexed by hammerfell or something. But i dont know why gamesas would remove it. I mean it is already in the game...
Also oblivion's gamefiles contain info about Sutch as well as 2 other smaller cities. In fact bethesda planned a quest to get the player to become count of kvatch but it was scrapped along with Sutch

HOWEVER, someone put Sutch back into Oblivion. It is called Impereal something something. SO thats good news for PC guys
