I just completed this quest, choosing the first option for power redirection (Strip and McCarran) and arming ARCHIMEDES. After the pyrotechnics, the quest log tells me to speak to Fantastic, but he just says some irrelevant lines and the quest is not completed.

Is this a bug? Or something else must be done before speaking to him?
