What country gets Crysis 3 first? As in - unlocked on Origin first?

I believe they are all the same "time" depending on what region you are from. For example on the 19th at 12:01am EST the game will be released in the US. This will be 11:01pm central time and 9:01pm Pacific time. UK will be similar on the 22nd. Not sure about areas outside the UK.
